High Purity Silica Powder

General description:

 Precipitated silica with special physic-chemical properties, work as reinforcing transparent fillers highly valued in formulation of rubber-based blends. In particular, They lead to enhanced tensile strength, tear strength and abrasion resistance and 

increase hardness of vulcanized rubbers. On the other hand, They reduce consumption of rubbers 

and therefore reduce the cost.

Characteristic

1. Containing large number of SiO2, so it has many nanometer micro holes both inside and 

outside. 

2. Porous, Acid-resistant, Soda-resistant. Wide specific surface area, Stable chemical property, Thermo stabilization and High absorbability.

3. Easily attached to aggregate surface after being added into asphalt to decrease the fluidity of 

the asphalt, and then increase the modulus of elasticity

4. As the Active silicon can improve the physical performance of the asphalt mixtures, it can

 decrease the penetration of asphalt in mixtures while increasing the soften point, residual stability a

nd dynamic stability.
